Nose
Light and delicate. A mouth-watering full basket of fruit. Pear, cherry, plum. Honey. Palate
Does not deliver the delicacy of the nose. Sweetness ends up in softness. Pears in honey. A hint of toasted nuts. Finish
Pleasantly dry. Soothing freshness. Comment
Easy-going, fresh and fruity, but the palate does not reflect the liveliness of the nose.
Dave Broom
Nose
Light and malty/mealy. Some citric notes (lemon/orange peel). Water opens up the nutty crackerbread maltiness alongside some dry grass and dried apple. Palate
Soft with vanilla, malt, a light nuttiness and a soft mid-palate. Finish
Soft and lightly fruity with a hint of chocolate. Comment
Very clean, well-made and attractive.
