Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Linen. Lemon grass. Gorse. Coconut. Fruity. Palate Grassy. Spicy. Peppery. Drying on the tongue. Finish Medicinal. Slightly astringent. Comment A distinctive malt, but now slightly past its best.

Dave Broom Nose On the edgy side of fragrant: sweet apple, green pear, quince. With water becomes more like a freshly peeled apple. Palate Another light and fresh dram. Orange Spangles, very lively, light fruits Good balance and real charm. Finish Odd fellows (that's the sweet, not the staff of RMW...then again...) Comment Not the most complex, but a bloody good drink.
