- Nose
- Linen. Lemon grass. Gorse. Coconut. Fruity.
- Palate
- Grassy. Spicy. Peppery. Drying on the tongue.
- Finish
- Medicinal. Slightly astringent.
- Comment
- A distinctive malt, but now slightly past its best.

- Nose
- On the edgy side of fragrant: sweet apple, green pear, quince. With water becomes more like a freshly peeled apple.
- Palate
- Another light and fresh dram. Orange Spangles, very lively, light fruits Good balance and real charm.
- Finish
- Odd fellows (that's the sweet, not the staff of RMW...then again...).
- Comment
- Not the most complex, but a bloody good drink.
