Arthur Motley

Nose
Ripe fruit bowl, marker pens and parsnips! With water more woodiness appears along with Peach Schnapps and marzipan.
Palate
Apricot jam, treacle toffee and lots of European oak. With water a light mintiness and camphor character.
Finish
Malty, with blood pudding, and European tannins.
Comment
Sweet, filling, rich and satisfying. An impressive afterdinner drop.

Owen Barstow

Nose
Sweet, ripe red apples. Pears. Blackcurrants. Summer fruits. Lemon zest. Honey. Chocolate cake.
Palate
Big, rich, firm, confident. Pears, first poached in port, then coated in a Valrhona sauce.
Finish
Long, urbane, elegant. Organic chocolate coated ginger. Toasted coconut.
Comment
Luxuriant without decadence. Aristocratic.
