- Stewed jasmine tea,pear,custard and a malty floury note. Moist tropical vegetation,damp straw,biscuits.
- Palate
- Rounded and sweet,but a little flat, especially in the centre with a slightly musty note.
- Finish
- Biscuity,but balanced.

- Just a little thin and lacking in substance

- Creamy oak. Toffee. Toasted brioche. Dried fruit in the back. Wood is well integrated. A touch of pear cider.
- Palate
- Crisp,quite dry but with a pleasant kick. Fruit and wood mingle into a creamy toffee.
- Finish
- Medium long,spicy,with a nutty touch.
- Comment
- A well combined dram. Balance and harmony on nose as on palate.
