82- Nose
- Floral with lots of camomile/jasmine tea. Behind is golden syrup, wet raffia and a little wholemeal flour. For its age still green and slightly sappy with only a little waxiness suggesting long maturation.
- Palate
- Clean and sweet with drying grasses, lemon and a little chalkiness. Maybe a little passive with water.
- Finish
- Greengage and fresh acidity with just a hint of soap.
- Comment
- Impressive..

- Intense. Oaky and fruity. Beewax. Marmalade, Victoria plum jam. Hint of butterscotch. Slightly chalky.
- Palate
- Silky. The sweet start quickly gives way to a spice burst. Sherbety. Dances on the tongue. Ginger and a bit of chili.
- Finish
- Dancing away. Soothes on butterscotch and vanilla.
- Comment
- A lively character. Better than a wake up call.
