Dave Broom

Nose
Clean and meadow like. Lightly floral with fresh apple and some orange notes. Touch of sulphur.
Palate
Sweet with a little nut but generally a good silky feel. Direct and clean with a little vanilla.
Finish
Lifted. Lemon cake and some flowers.
Comment
Attractive and with more substance than the old 10yo.

Nose
Grassy,light,like a delicate floral display. A little struck match and shades of orange.
Palate
The citrus comes through together with peeled apples. Juicy with the suggestion of custard as well,cream, vanilla and sweetness.
Finish
Light and sweet.
Comment
A decent dram showing the Lowlanders need not lack substance.
