- Intense, balsamic. Pine needle. Dry Sylvester herbs. Pear nectar. Honeycomb.

- Bitter/sweet. Crushed hazelnuts, touch of liquorice. A dry and clean freshness.

- A beautifully balanced Highlander. Serious, reliable, pleasantly displaying a good array of flavours. Maybe the wine cask has imparted more intensity.
