Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Gentle sea fragrance. Very appetising. Palate Cinnamon toast, then rhubarby fruitiness and wineyness. Appetisingly sourish acidity. Finish The coastal whisky and near-coastal sherry combine in a clinching hug of saltiness and oakiness. Comment A marriage made in heaven.

Doug McIvor Nose Lightly caramel and winey, cream crackers, soft brine. Palate Fuller, creamy textures, chocolate liqueurs? Finish Long, chocolatey, gently smoky, salty, prickling finale. Comment A wonderfully teasing complex and balanced creation.
