Nose
Toffee apples and vanilla, a sprinkling of salt and contrasting floral notes.
Palate
Palate: Relatively sweet and creamy, with spicy almonds and ripening pears. Easy-drinking.
Finish
Fresh fruit and spice, brittle toffee, milk chocolate and liquorice.
Comment
Quite light on the palate; a very pleasant dram.

Nose
Opens up with milk chocolate, vanilla and custard. Pudding for anyone?
Palate
Feels quite young: lots of sweet caramel, vanilla, butter and oaky spice.
Finish
Medium length with quite a dose of spice.
Comment
Pleasant nose, but ultimately perhaps a bit too much fire and brimstone from this holy spirit.
