76- Nose
- Heavily sherried. Prickly. Old polished oak in a damp room. Touch of mustiness. Molasses. Dry walnut. Touch of dried figs.
- Palate
- Sweet at start but the oaky grip dries the palate with a bitter note. Walnut skin. Dark chocolate.
- Finish
- Unexpectedly short. Dry, bittersweet.
- Comment
- Disappointing for a 32 year-old sherry character I think.

- Tomato stalks, a little sulphur, burnt brown sugar, earthy, Parkin. Fresh ground coffee.
- Palate
- Big and bold. Bitter dark chocolate, fruit cake and butter, ends with toasted marshmallows.
- Finish
- Warm and comforting.
- Comment
- A real ball of treacle toffee bitter sweetness, one for Bonfire night.
