Michael Jackson Nose Fruitier. Orange. Clotted cream. Vanilla. Sponge. Palate Candied citrus peels. Zest of orange and lemon. Finish Marmalade-like bitterness. Orange bitters. Comment Bittersweet, sophisticated.

Dave Broom Nose A bit dull to start. Faded maltiness. Wood. Palate The wood is now beginning to dominate what seems to be essentially a light spirit. Finish Very woody. Tannic. Comment A quick-maturing spirit that needs to be watched like a hawk.
