Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Herbal. Fruity. Lemony. Ground coriander seeds. Palate Vegetal. Thick green grass. Burnt grass. Peaty bitterness. Finish Quite oaky for a 10 Years Old. Comment Fresh, lively, flirtatious but slightly tart and astringent.

Dave Broom Nose Cereal, sugar puffs, hazelnut. There’s cream amongst the wood shavings. Palate Soft and rounded with creamy toffee, green plum and nut. Good weight, attractive. Finish Smoke. A little dry/planed wood. Comment Well-made, clean, light and drinkable.
