- Nose
- Soft, sweet and tender. Lots of fruit (orange, grapefruit, almond). Hint of hawthorn blossom.
- Palate
- Smart combination of fruit and oak, uncovering peat on the move. Mouthfilling and appetite-arousing.
- Finish
- Clean, dry, crisp and gently smoky.
- Comment
- Very elegant and fragrant. As an apéritif with melon, basil and Parma ham.

- Nose
- Freshly-turned earth, apple blossom, a little smoke. Fragrant, medium-bodied. Water brings out apple wood, cream and a citric lift. Smoke remains.
- Palate
- Light start, good mid-palate weight but not very broad or overly complex. Smoke and soft attractive fruits.
- Finish
- Short.
- Comment
- All the qualities of this distillery: fragrance, good feel, little smoke but not one of the best.
