- A luxurious afterdinner malt.

- Nose
- Pear drop. Sherry notes (fruit cake and chocolate). Oxtail consommé, toffee, beeswax. Slightly sulphury. Hides its complexity.
- Palate
- Sherry. Sour apple and orange peel with a balsamic touch (eucalyptus). Dry and oaky.
- Finish
- Oaky, coffee beans, bitter chocolate.
- Comment
- Hard to find Linkwood delicacy and elegance in this version. Probably not from outstanding sherry casks.
