Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Beeswax. Intense honey. Mead-like as it opens. Palate Tongue-coating. Dark honey. Cereal grain. Cream. Finish Explosion of intense sweetness. Comment The most honeyed Longmorn I have tasted. A breakfast malt.

Martine Nouet Nose Floral and fruity. Geranium. Stewed apricots with vanilla. Fresh oak. A touch of varnish. Palate Smooth and silky. Pleasant creamy maltiness with fruity tones in the back (muësli). Finish Medium, soothing and nutty (toasted almonds). Comment Straightforward, well-balanced, pleasant anytime. Should go perfectly with a summer dessert (fruit pie, trifle or sherbet).
