80
- Nose
- Resiny. Sappy. Crème brûlée. Smoky.
- Palate
- Lightly syrupy, developing fruity dryness, then vanilla-pod nutty spiciness...
- Finish
- Sudden, surprising, surge of smokiness.
- Comment
- Strathisla has its own distinct, rather dry style-and this is a good example.

- Nose
- Rich and intense. Unmistakeably Oloroso. Resiny. Plum marmalade. Clove orange, cinnamon.
- Palate
- Very complex and elegant, releasing waves of flavours. Mulled wine. Jaffa cake. Candied ginger. Spanish oak.
- Finish
- Lingering, dry, slightly astringent, spicy.
- Comment
- A rich expression of a venerable sherry maturation. Will delight sherry-cask aficionados.
