Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Vanilla. Sweet gale. A hint of sea air. Palate Perfumey. Floral. Heather. Juniper. Finish Sweet lemons. A light dusting of ginger. Comment This one really does have subtlety. A lovely, delicate aperitif.

Dave Broom Nose Floral to start (freesia, stock) with light vanilla notes and a hint of pine. In time a drift of peat smoke, cashew, gingerbread and clover honey. Palate Soft to start then butterscotch, spices. Excellent breadth. Oak in balance. Silky. Finish Light oak, orange peel. Comment Young, but what a well poised session dram this is.
