- Nose
- Treacle toffee.
- Palate
- Smooth, marshmallow, middle. Dairy toffee. Scottish tablet.
- Finish
- After all that comfort confectionery, a late, loud, explosion.
- Comment
- Lusty, voluptuous. Finishes with a bang.

- Nose
- Greenish tinge. A little musty to start, bleated fruit with plenty of cask influence (bung cloth) alongside marzipan and green plum. Intense. Water brings out a floral perfume.
- Palate
- Sweeter than the nose and a slight vegetal quality reminiscent of agave. Piercing.
- Finish
- Fairly hot.
- Comment
- Has a punchy refreshing quality. Worth a look.
