Nose
Very herbal. Angelica, lemon grass. Like a chartreuse. Quite pleasant. Palate
Smooth at start then getting assertively oaky and bitter. The herbal notes keep on. Finish
Quite short, slightly biscuity. Comment
The nose is appealing but the palate far tougher. Water eases the release of grassy notes. But the aromatic profile keeps shallow.
Michael Jackson
Nose
Lemonade/Lucozade. Spritzy-sweetsharp. Pink bubblegum. All this, yet well formed and not overpowering. (Japanese levels of complexity!) Palate
Simple and somewhat winey at first. Then chocolate. A little nutty? Finish
Oily perhaps and a little toasty. Comment
Funky nose is compromised by a relatively straightforward palate. Still enjoyable enough, though.
