Nose
Ultra-fresh fish, rainwashed pebbles, light smoke which develops as it opens. Clean and quite sweet behind. Palate
Light clean with a delicate oiliness. Mixing fragrance delicate fruit and smoke well but needs a little more weight. Finish

Nose
Light, fresh, lemony (unripe lemon). Earthy and rooty. Distant smoke. Palate
Sweet, keeps that refreshing character. Peaty, even sooty. Woodsmoked ham. Minty Finish
Dry, dusty. Spices keep the palate warm. Comment
Fresh and frisky. A welcome body warmer.
