- Ultra-fresh fish, rainwashed pebbles, light smoke which develops as it opens. Clean and quite sweet behind.
- Palate
- Light clean with a delicate oiliness. Mixing fragrance delicate fruit and smoke well but needs a little more weight.
- Finish
- Light smoke.
- Comment
- Once the middle fills out will be a lovely addition to the range.

- Light, fresh, lemony (unripe lemon). Earthy and rooty. Distant smoke.
- Palate
- Sweet, keeps that refreshing character. Peaty, even sooty. Woodsmoked ham. Minty.
- Finish
- Dry, dusty. Spices keep the palate warm.
- Comment
- Fresh and frisky. A welcome body warmer.
