Nose
Ultra-fresh fish, rainwashed pebbles, light smoke which develops as it opens. Clean and quite sweet behind.
Palate
Light clean with a delicate oiliness. Mixing fragrance delicate fruit and smoke well but needs a little more weight.
Finish
Light smoke.
Comment
Once the middle fills out will be a lovely addition to the range.

Nose
Light, fresh, lemony (unripe lemon). Earthy and rooty. Distant smoke.
Palate
Sweet, keeps that refreshing character. Peaty, even sooty. Woodsmoked ham. Minty.
Finish
Dry, dusty. Spices keep the palate warm.
Comment
Fresh and frisky. A welcome body warmer.
