Nose
Like a Swedish sauna, linament, Moroccan mint tea and cough medicine.
Palate
Very, very odd. Like cinnamon balls, leather footballs. Like a pine liqueur I recently had in France. Fisherman's Friends too.
Finish
Pine bitterness. Fernet Branca.
Comment
Could be used as a cocktail ingredient. Like it has been matured in Swedish Sauna Pine Wood.

Nose
A curious first impression that takes you by surprise. Blackcurrant leaves and berries, elderflower cordial black liquorice and herbal notes of crushed nettles.
Palate
Menthol lozenge, blackcurrant and mint, then cut grass. It has no sweetness I would associate with oak. Has this been matured in another wood like pine?
Finish
A seesaw of cool to hot with a long pithy finish.
Comment
It felt like walking in a Swedish forest in the rain!
