- Nose
- Nutty. Hazelnuts and dry bracken. Biscuity, then pure passion fruit and orange and apple puree. Pops open
after five minutes in the glass and in a rather lovely way. Best left undiluted.
- Palate
- Calm start. Sweet, with a light pine note. Gentle with a little mango. A smoothie in both senses. Good flow
smooth with a spicy lift on the back palate.
- Finish
- Clean and crisp.
- Comment
- Would take ice and ginger well. Very good blending.

- Nose
- Sylvestry. Pine needles on a bed of humus. Pears laced with a fudge sauce. White chocolate.
- Palate
- Sweet and soft. Fudge sauce, cooked pears. Milk chocolate spiced with cinnamon. And a grain flavour in
the background.
- Finish
- Sherbety. Dry almond and a hint of cinnamon.
- Comment
- The palate is very sweet and lacks some muscle. But the nose is interesting.
