Dave Broom

Very light and quite grassy with green almond. Custard cream biscuits. Lean and young with some pine. Improves with water where it becomes more buttery and slightly corn like.
Light and soft. Holds well on the tongue but still has this youthful crispness, the wood adding grip and a pine note.
Chalk and green almond.
Fresh, light and young. Light to medium bodied.

Rob Allanson

Initially quite simple then it unfurls like a petal. Layers of green tobacco leaf, malted biscuits and a little bow resin. Hints of sweetcorn and vanilla lurk as well. Just a touch of camphor.
So gentle and smooth. There is oak grip and a cleanness to this as well as a sweet core.
Short and crisp.
Very refreshing. Great as a restorative or pre dinner drink.
