- Nose
- Sweet, soft American oak maturity. Lots of citrus than moves into mandarin/flamed orange peel and the house character of fresh flowers cut with crunchy cereal.
- Palate
- Shows a slight deepening. Another which is decidedly gingery but this also has cumin and that fresh floral air. The grain settles things down and allows a creaminess to develop.
- Finish
- Sweet. Medium length.
- Comment
- Perky but with lovely balance.

- Nose
- Smooth and sweet with soft fruits: peach, apricots and nectarines. Some orange zest too. A malty, baking note comes through after a while.
- Palate
- Plenty of fruit at first here before a caramel and nutty wood note takes over. Gentle spices and liquorice develop in time.
- Finish
- Long and creamy.
- Comment
- Well balanced and complex.
