70- Nose
- Sugary sweet and delicate. Some crystallised fruits, lemon with cut flower, quince, but also a sharp note.
- Palate
- Light, but hot with a touch of spice. Lilac.
- Finish
- Flour and flowers.
- Comment
- No great complexity and a little green.

- Pear and lemon peel. Dough, damp cloths and white pepper. Tinned pears.
- Palate
- Pear and smoked meats, but it seems to exist at the top of the mouth, without any malty undercarriage.

- Chalky.

- A strange, floaty dram suited to summer drinking.
