- Generous and big. Creamed coconut, then mango,pine,caramel,barley sugar,vanilla and a kumquat citric lift. Complex.
- Palate
- Finely tuned with more complexity than many would expect from a grain. Spicy oak adds structure to the gentle mellow mid palate. Toffee.
- Finish
- Long and gentle.
- Comment
- Complex and characterful.

- A hint of coconut and sweet vanilla. Initially doesn't give too much away but evolves in the glass.

- Bursts on the tongue with rich dark,almost burnt caramel,like cinder toffee.

- Sprightly and intense.
