- Nose
- Rich, creamy. Milk chocolate. Hay, meadow flowers. Cappuccino. Dried banana. Pepper.
- Palate
- Full-bodied. Waves of flavours. Stewed peaches, coffee, walnuts. Aniseed. With water, toffee and more cream.
- Finish
- Quite dry, thinner than palate. Nutty. Spicy.
- Comment
- Virile. Rich display of flavours. If I was to climb up the Fujiyama, I'd take a flask with me.

- Sweet and soft but with some creamy oak notes. Syrup/honey. Dried orange peel. Light cocoa butter. Violet. Has elegance.
- Palate
- Mouthfilling and sweet to start. Red fruits, stone fruits, caramel toffee. A procession of flavours. Balanced dry oak. Good weight.
- Finish
- Good length. Brazil nut. Dry grass. Residual sweetness.
