Martine Nouet Nose Rich, creamy. Milk chocolate. Hay, meadow flowers. Cappucino. Dried banana. Pepper. Palate Full-bodied. Waves of flavours. Stewed peaches, coffee, walnuts. Aniseed. With water, toffee and more cream. Finish Quite dry, thinner than palate. Nutty. Spicy. Comment Virile. Rich display of flavours. If I was to climb up the Fujiyama, I'd take a flask with me.

Dave Broom Nose Sweet and soft but with some creamy oak notes. Syrup/honey. Dried orange peel. Light cocoa butter. Violet. Has elegance. Palate Mouthfilling and sweet to start. Red fruits, stone fruits, caramel toffee. A procession of flavours. Balanced dry oak. Good weight. Finish Good length. Brazil nut. Dry grass. Residual sweetness. Comment
