Nose
Malty. Cereal bowl with fresh hazelnuts. Creamy and fruity notes like pears in a Greek yoghurt. Cider apple. Hint of peat. Palate
Minty, very refreshing. Sour apple. Excellent balance between sweet and sour. Finish
Elegant, clean and delicately spicy. A touch of peat. Comment
Its wide aromatic palette is well displayed. Nothing is missing except a longer finish maybe. A second sip keeps the pleasure on.
Dave Broom
Nose
Herbal with a dry, twiggy, nuttiness though there’s some sweetness behind which emerges in time. Sensual and weighty with stewed fruit, black butter and a touch of sandalwood. Palate
Quite fat and maybe just lacking in grip. Dried flower, violet. Rich dried fruits. Finish
Ripe and rich. Balanced. Comment
Just a little too fat for me.
