Dave Broom

Intense, pure and clean. Scented: jasmine, green mango with some sweet oak, cream, mead and a little spice. Water allows the fruits to ripen.
Again, a purity of character and a seamless slow of flavour. Juices, light balancing oak and then a bridge into an acidic, mouth watering back palate.
Fresh tart and refreshing.
A combination of Japanese purity and intensity of aroma and the use of some plum-cask matured whisky gives a complex and multifaceted result - it's what blending should be.

Rob Allanson

Packs a punch of vanilla and runny honey. But as it opens there is plum jam, raspberry and pineapples.
A blend of oak influence and barley. Vanilla and cereal notes balanced with honey and some juicy fruits.
Sweet and spiced.
Complexity personified...thrilling.
