Nose
Malty and oaky. Brown bread. Opening on fruit notes. Peaches in tin. Gingerbread. Cinnamon stick.
Palate
Sweet at first. Followed by a spicy outburst. Treacle, demerara sugar, vanilla syrup, ginger and cinnamon.
Finish
Dry and spicy. Warm.
Comment
A spicy character. The high strength is not easy to master. Water tones it down but it also takes some of the flavours off.

Nose
Very fruity at first, peaches, apricots in syrup, a little kiwi fruit. Then a maltiness comes through, vanilla sugar.
Palate
Sweet, golden syrup and sugar cane then an intense spice burst, apple pie, Big Red chewing gum.
Finish
Really spicy and comforting.
Comment
Young but with great character.
