Nose
Clear! Sweet, buttery, anise, lilac. Almost gin like. Perfectly pleasant but very light.
Palate
Sweetcorn and cereal. Disappears quickly.
Finish
Nope.
Comment
Two questions - why bottle this at 40 when even a drop of water kills it? And given this fragility what on earth is going to happen when it goes into cask?

Nose
Fragrant. Very fruity. Raspberries. Hint of green banana. Freshly squeezed lemon.
Palate
Sweet. Again a nice fruity display with a touch of fresh mint. But the high dilution (40%) makes it watery.
Finish
Hardly perceptible.
Comment
Has all the qualities of a nice fruit eaude-vie on the nose; But the palate is weak. Could give a lovely fragrance to a cocktail though.
