- Nose
- Clear! Sweet, buttery, anise, lilac. Almost gin like. Perfectly pleasant but
very light.
- Palate
- Sweetcorn and cereal. Disappears quickly.
- Finish
- Nope.
- Comment
- Two questions - why bottle this at 40 when even a drop of water kills it?
And given this fragility what on earth is going to happen when it goes
into cask?

- Nose
- Fragrant. Very fruity. Raspberries. Hint of green banana. Freshly squeezed lemon.
- Palate
- Sweet. Again a nice fruity display with a touch of fresh mint. But the high dilution (40%) makes it watery.
- Finish
- Hardly perceptible.
- Comment
- Has all the qualities of a nice fruit eaude-vie on the nose; But the palate is
weak. Could give a lovely fragrance to a cocktail though.
