- Long, herbal and spicy. Insistent notes of honey and cloves

- Bags of sweetness, caramel wafers, honey flapjacks and sweet raisins, almost bread pudding.

- The spices emerge more and the oak shows its grip. There is a little herbal piquant spice too. Slightly creamy.
