- Groundnut oil mixed with dry oak and cereal. Chalky,just-baked fruit cake. Not a lot by way of interaction.With water it's flat

- More substance than on the the nose and the fruitiness in the centre suggests that more time in cask wouldn't have hurt.Light maltiness
