- Nose
- Creamy. Cream soda. Vanilla syrup. Soft and gentle. Rich grassy notes. Drying hay, meadow flowers. Opens on earthy aromas.
- Palate
- Smooth, round. Lemon posset and lemon meringue pie. Ripe watermelon. Leaves a salty taste. Develops on teasing spices.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy.
- Comment
- A refreshing and enticing dram. Charming. an easy-going complexity. Water gives it a lovely silky feel.

- Big cream notes with vanilla. Seaside like tones, sort of maram grass. There is some rich fruit sweetness too.
- Palate
- Sweet and salty. Honey and citrus come later. There is an almost warm milk quality to it.
- Finish
- Crisp and drying with salt.
- Comment
- A great upper of a dram. Revitalising and should be a pre dinner dram.
