79- Nose
- Seems to occupy a mid-point between the previous pair. Suet pudding, proving bread, opening into porridge with (gasp!) sugar and dried fruit. Butterscotch and honey again.
- Palate
- Slightly yeasty with intense citrus that's shifting into wax. Demerara sugar and lightly minty.
- Finish
- Gently smoky with light spice.
- Comment
- Balanced and lightly complex.

- Fragrant moving to honey and vanilla cake. A touch of warmed tyre. Toffee in waxed wrappers.
- Palate
- Sweet all the way. A few fruit notes and a gentle oak grip.

- Sweet and fruity.
