- Nose
- Fresh and assertive. Aniseed, star anise. Digestive biscuits. Lime juice. White chocolate. Rhubarb crumble. Opening up on spices.
- Palate
- Luscious silky feel. Sweet and spicy. Cooked bananas. Lime syllabub. Complex spicy display. Oak underlines the flavours.
- Finish
- Crisp and clean. Drying out on spices. Slightly nutty.
- Comment
- A well balanced and refreshing dram. Try it with raw fish and ginger in vinegar.

- Nose
- Round, tangy and slightly fat. Plaster, raspberry, tablet and vanilla. A touch of smoke mingling with estery perfume.
- Palate
- Lighter than the nose suggests and slightly drier. An interesting battle between deep sweetness in the mid-palate and fizzing spiciness. Good balance.
- Finish
- Zesty soft fruits. Pecan.
- Comment
- Fine balance and an intriguing palate. An impressive series.
