- Nose
- Clean, rich, buttery, sweet. Butter and ground almond cakes. Hazelnut milk chocolate. Oak elegantly intertwines with rich cake aromas.
- Palate
- Sweet and spicy. Oak speaks up, covering fruit with spices. Nutmeg, ginger.
- Finish
- Dry, assertive. Dark chocolate. Bitter root. Toasted nuts.
- Comment
- The nose is more enticing than the palate. Water reduces the gap, bringing in a velvety texture.

- Nose
- Full and fudge-like cut with green orange peel, herbs and marzipan. Well-balanced.
- Palate
- A fresh clean nutty start with notes of patisserie, powdered almond before a hint of incense/Turkish delight. Concentrated.
- Finish
- Spicy and dry.
- Comment
- Well made, but lacks the complexity and range of the best.
