80- Nose
- Concentrated with big,masculine, musky notes. Darjeeling tea,resin and perfumed wood. In time a heathery smokiness,burning tarry wood,hint of tamarind and a little firework.
- Palate
- Big,drying and smoky. Sesame oil. The sulphury note comes through with water,so I'd go for it neat.
- Finish
- Long and spicy.
- Comment
- An intense flavour package.

- Oaky. Damp cider cellar. Moss,wet walnut. Coffee must. Wood is overwhelming. Shines a little with water. Orange curd.
- Palate
- Crisp,much brighter than the nose. There's life here. Cooked plums. A rich spicy character which teases the tongue without burning.
- Finish
- Dry,spicy,malty.
- Comment
- The nose is as dour as the palate is vibrant and full of life. Very strange.
