Nose
Sweet. Pastry. Confectioner's custard. Vanilla slices. Palate
Lightly malty. Cereal grain. Green. Slightly vegetal. Melony. A bit empty. Finish
Candied angelica. Faintly rooty, earthy, dryness. Very slight hint of peat. Dry. Comment
On the bland side. The overall impression is of lightness and sweetness, but a nice touch of balancing dryness in the finish.
Dave Broom
Nose
Fresh, apparently young, light and malty (bran) with some lemon and dry woody notes and a little coconut. Palate
Light bodied. Attractive, mealy. All malt, citrus and flowers. Finish
Floury. Comment
Light. A breakfast malt.
