- Richly sweet. Créme bruleé. Bourbon-like. Peach,vanilla pod. mocha,toasted marshmallow,
millionaire shortbread (butter, caramel,chocolate). sweet spice
- Palate
- Soft and unctuous,almost jammy, some honey cedar.Very juicy and mouth watering.
- Finish
- Long silky.
- Comment
- That rare commodity...a mature grain. Snap it up quick the industry is in short supply!

- Bourbon notes combined with more fragrant cedar wood. There are also hints of cloves and cinnamon.
- Palate
- Very fruity to begin with berry flavours,with echoes of port,then the sweet spice comes through. It's assertive but not aggressive.
- Finish
- Long and warming,with spice and zesty orange peel.
- Comment
- A wonderfully complex dram for contemplation.
