81- Nose
- Sweet,fresh and floral with a touch of pineapple (cubes),coconut and green apple. Spring like. With water. gooseberries dusted with icing sugar
- Palate
- Fresh but with more substance in the middle than you'd expect. Blossom like. Takes water well. Patisserie.
- Finish
- Lightly acidic giving an extra lift.
- Comment
- My summer drink already and it's barely spring.

- Peaches,pears,almost Turkish Delight with a winey tropical note.
- Palate
- Easy to quaff with not much of a kick. The fresh fruit notes come through nicely in the mouth.
- Finish
- Leaves a lovely alcohol tingle. Very refreshing and clean.
- Comment
- One for those hazy lazy summer nights we are hoping for.
