Martine Nouet
86- Nose
- Fresh. Mint and liquorice. Intense and slightly tangy. A grassy character. Citrussy. More vanilla as it opens up.
- Palate
- Sweet at start. Keeps that fresh character. More liquorice. Marzipan and marshmallow. Lovely fizzy feel. All is kept in balance.
- Finish
- Lingering, ending with an almost almondy touch.
- Comment
- A charming thirst-quencher. No water please. It is perfect straight.

- Popcorn, ferns, burnt toast, grassy, fudge, golden syrup, clotted cream, runny honey and fudge. There is a malt note too, wheaten bread.
- Palate
- Spices come through, cardamom and a little bergamot. Reminds me of Easter cake: chocolate, marzipan and soft fruits.
- Finish
- Lush with a floral edge.
- Comment
- Stunning and moreish.
