Nose
Fresh. Mint and liquorice. Intense and slightly tangy. A grassy character. Citrussy. More vanilla as it opens up.
Palate
Sweet at start. Keeps that fresh character. More liquorice. Marzipan and marshmallow. Lovely fizzy feel. All is kept in balance.
Finish
Lingering, ending with an almost almondy touch.
Comment
A charming thirst-quencher. No water please. It is perfect straight.

Nose
Popcorn, ferns, burnt toast, grassy, fudge, golden syrup, clotted cream, runny honey and fudge. There is a malt note too, wheaten bread.
Palate
Spices come through, cardamom and a little bergamot. Reminds me of Easter cake: chocolate, marzipan and soft fruits.
Finish
Lush with a floral edge.
Comment
Stunning and moreish.
