Nose
Bready with a tickle of smoke. With water a herbal note (rosemary). With water more tarry notes appear. A little plain. Palate
Clean, malty but surprisingly light. The smoke is a mere wisp in the background. Little hollow in the centre. Finish
Dies a quick and painless death. Comment
Needs water to open the nose, but the palate is rather simple.

Nose
Outdoor fragrances. Garrigue herbs (thyme, savory). Earthy with a floral touch (wet forest ground after a summer shower). A hint of curry. Adistant tar note. Palate
Sweet, round, syrupy. Toffee, liquorice. A peated note. Oak is well integrated. Finish
Dancing on tastebuds. Spicy. Thyme comes back. Comment
An interesting dram. Perfumy, dense on the palate though so sweet at first. Satisfying.
