Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Spicy créme brûlée, perhaps with some berry fruits.
Palate
Brandy snaps. Rich flavours of cream. Cannoli, French style cheesecake.
Finish
Gingery balancing dryness. Like a biscuit base made of crushed ginger cookies.
Comment
Sinful. Bonus points for shamelessness.

Dave Broom

Nose
Clean with light cereal and fruit notes: redcurrant, dilute raspberry cordial, sloe, mint, malt. In time becomes increasingly wine-like.
Palate
Sweet, tongue-coating. Hot and peppery when neat, red fruits and a sweet attack. Balanced.
Finish
Red fruits.
Comment
Initially it's fine, but ends up more port rinse than finish.
