Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Forest floor. Piney, resiny, tar-like. Palate Sweetish, hesitant, then really late surge of cooked fruit. Peach cobbler. Finish Slightly clovey. Peppery. Long. Comment Oddly distinctive. Curiously sweet and savoury.

Dave Broom Nose Pale pink. Rhubarb and cream. Light berry fruit accents with dry notes. Dilute redcurrant juice, blackberry leaf, young spirit behind Palate Sweetness sitting on top of dry cereal/dry grass spirit. Not knitted or balanced. Finish Fruit pastilles. Comment Another finish. Why precisely?
