Nose
Freshly chopped pine trees. Ferns. Forest floor. Palate
Dryish. Vegetal. Ground coriander. Fiddlehead ferns. Rhubarb. Finish
Sea tastes. Sweetness and saltiness, with the latter overwhelmingly the winner. Long. Comment
More wood-extract, or sherry, than I remember. I prefer a drier expression.
Dave Broom
Nose
Gutsy, citrus and oaky notes. Cracker bread/Ryvita. Water brings out orange and very malty qualities; some hessian. A touch metallic? Palate
Medium sweet. There’s good interplay between dry (wood/malt) and sweet fruits. Mid weight. Finish
Mealy. Comment
Surprisingly young for a 16 year-old.
