Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose Cedary. Shoe polish. Wood speaks up first but elegantly gives way to fruity notes. fruit cake. Marmalade. Raisin scones. Cinnamon. Palate Round and mellow. Mouth-coating. Rich and luscious. Candied chestnut. Resiny. Smooth. Finish Round, sweet, drying off on wood. Hint of chewed tobacco. Comment A very restorative and comforting dram.

Dave Broom Nose Cream, overripe frutis, light citrus, sugared almond, bletted fruits then shifts back to dryness. Palate Oloroso sweetness to start. Good oxidised notes, nutty. Soft...very soft. Finish Prune. Length. Comment Clearly the 10 Years Old is much beefier, but soft-hearted brother.
