Extremely peaty with cereal/dried grasses/brown bracken behind. Smoked fish/venison and tar. Becomes rubbery with water. Palate
Good delivery with lots of smoke, then gymshoe soles. Young. Finish

For serious peat freaks only. Would have been better if kept in cask for a few more years.
