- Nose
- Rich and luscious. Treacle. Raisins. Dates. Honey. Old furniture. White pepper. Walnut and coffee.
- Palate
- Voluptuously smooth. Thick, mouth coating. Chestnut purée. A touch of candied orange. Sherry.
- Finish
- Long, oaky, spicy and dry. Walnuts. Nutmeg.
- Comment
- The perfect dram to sip on Valentine's night but I am not sure I would spare some for my sweetheart. I wish it had been bottled at a higher strength though.

- Nose
- Mature. Seville orange. Varnished oak. Good weight, dried fig, bitter chocolate, dried orange peel. Shows some complexity.
- Palate
- Caramelised sweetness. Demerara, ripe and honeyed. Chestnut, cooked black fruits. Doesn't like water.
- Finish
- Continues to soften into peachiness.
- Comment
- Jura needs time to open and this is a good example.
