- Nose
- Grenadine. Biscuity. Shortbread. Becoming slightly nutty. Soft spices. Touch of cumin.
- Palate
- Sweet, too sweet. Syrupy. Barley sugar. Caramel. Coffee flavoured toffee.
- Finish
- Tightened up. Sweet all the way, then leaves a warm feel back in the throat. Rhubarb jam.
- Comment
- Nose and palate seem to be flattened by excess of sickly sweetness.

- Nose
- Heathery, slightly splintery, very light smoke. Sweeter with water. Vanilla. Quite distant. Lacks life.
- Palate
- Soft and sweet. Flows well. Orange crates, light soot, nutty.
- Finish
- Pretty short.
- Comment
- Though it flows well and has balance it just lacks complexity and energy.
